Precast Concrete Plant in Ukraine

The project concept involves constructing a precast concrete factory in the Kyiv region for the production of concrete elements used in the construction of residential buildings, houses, and non-residential premises. The factory can produce up to 100,000 cubic meters of concrete (equivalent) to construct 150,000 square meters of residential space.

As of 2025, more than 160,000 buildings and structures were damaged or destroyed, almost 20,000 of them high-rise buildings. According to some estimates, the losses to the housing stock in monetary terms exceeded $157 billion, resulting in tens of thousands of families being left homeless.
