Sollar Power Energy Production Investments

UkrTrade Capital (UTC) has several Solar Power Plant (SPP) Projects available for development. The total investment opportunity is $100M in solar energy in Ukraine. The UTC team of energy experts, developers, and construction professionals has fully developed a solar power project in the Zhytomyr region. The land is secured, and all necessary documentation is ready to proceed with the project. The project will also include battery storage systems (BESS) to maximize the return for the investors.

The return on the investments is 25%. IRR of the project is over 30%. UkrTrade Capital is seeking $7 million for this project. Additionally, UTC has 100 hectares of land available for implementing 120MW of solar projects in Ukraine.

UTC Strategy:

UTC plans to establish an industrial and materials company that manages its own low-carbon energy. Energy (electrons and molecules) is our input, not our final product. As renewables become more standardized, we shift profit margins downstream—from electrons to flexibility, to certified molecules, and to finished goods (such as glass, fertilizers, construction materials, e-fuels, and selective steel), all compliant with CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism) for the EU (European Union) market.

Investment volume: The UTC team has over $1B worth of investment projects in Ukraine, including over $500M in the energy sector.

Return: UTC’s investment strategy aims to double the amount invested by the investor within 7-8 years.

IRR: Average IRR 20% (projects’ IRR ranging from 11% to 30%)

Payback Period: 4-5 years.

Exit strategy: another 3-4 years.

Strategy: Once UTC repays the invested amount, both the Investor and UTC will each own 50% of the assets. After UTC doubles the invested amount, the Investor will be completely exited, with UTC owning 100% of the assets..

Exit Strategy: After the full investment amount is repaid, UTC offers three exit strategy options:

1. Exit the investment after money is paid off in year 5.

2. Exit starts immediately after the investment amount is paid back within the next 3-4 years.

3. The Investor can enjoy dividends from year 5 until he decides to exit.

Investment Risk: Low risk due to UTC’s extensive experience and a deep understanding of the market, along with strong business and government relationships. The UTC strategy is to establish a solid foundation for even more ambitious expansion plans.

Goal: UTC’s initial goal is to build an Energy/Industrial company that will require extensive Energy generation of at least 100MW.
