We are looking for a Middle-Level Lawyer to join our Kyiv Office.

Our team offers a full range of legal and GR services to foreign and national businesses in matters related to daily operations as well as strategic planning and protection of investments on Ukraine.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

• researching and analyzing official clarifications, case law and articles on various domestic and cross-border contentious matters (arbitrations, domestic and cross-border litigations), corporate, tax, privacy and general legal matters;
• working closely with foreign proceedings and matters (in particular, under English, Cyprus, U.S., Estonian laws);
• drafting various legal documents (claims, pre-claim letters, requests, memoranda, proposals), mainly in English;
• regulatory and policy analysis and monitoring;
• strong analytical and liaison skills with proven ability to interpret complex legal, commercial and financial information;
• be passionate and excited about law and always eager to develop.

Minimum qualifications and requirements:

• excellent command of English and Ukrainian, both written and spoken, together with the ability to draft in English and Ukrainian to a very high standard;
• Degree in law (LLM is a plus);
• a minimum of three years of relevant legal experience.
